Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO - Consent by the person concerned in accordance with Art. 4 para. 2 no. 11 DSGVO
We process data when making contact and giving advice in the context of our activity as IT service provider.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO - Initiation and performance of the contract
We process the data of our customers and prospective customers for the preparation of offers, execution of placed orders and invoicing of the services rendered and, if applicable, delivered goods.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO - Fulfilment of legal obligations
We process the data of our customers and interested parties to fulfill our legal obligations.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO - Safeguarding of legitimate interests of the company
We process the data of our customers within the scope of the general business transaction and the documentation of our activities for the customers to protect legitimate interests.

Receiver of the data

The data is sent to the tax office Sudhoff PartmbB, Zum Fürstenberg 34, 59755 Arnsberg, Germany, for the purpose of financial accounting.
Within the scope of legal obligations, the prescribed data will be passed on to governmental agencies.

Duration of storage

According to the legal retention periods. For data based on a contract or legitimate interest, up to six years after the end of the customer relationship. In the case of voluntary data, up to two years after the end of the customer relationship or earlier if consent is revoked.

Rights of the data subjects

As a person affected by data processing, you are entitled to the following protective rights free of charge:

  7. You have the right to receive, or have the personal data concerning you transferred to another body, in a structured, common and machine-readable format. (Right to data transferability)

Consequences of not providing the data
Data processing based on voluntary consent has no effect on the fulfilment of the contract. All other data provided will be collected and processed on the basis of contract fulfilment and fulfilment of legal obligations. A fulfillment of the contract is not possible without this data.

Right of appeal
